Our Team

Working Together to Support Children, Youth, and Families

At the John McGivney Children’s Centre, our team is made up of caring and highly skilled clinicians, professional staff, volunteers, and leaders who share their expertise and compassion every day. Together, we support children and families through every step of their journey, helping them grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.

Management Team

The JMCC Management Team provides strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Centre. With a shared commitment to inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement, our leaders work collaboratively across departments to ensure we provide exceptional care and services.

Family Advisory Council

The Family Advisory Council (FAC) brings the voice of families to the heart of decision-making at JMCC. This group of caregivers provides feedback and insights on programs, services, and policies, helping to shape an environment that reflects the real needs of children and families.

Youth Advisory Council

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a group of young leaders who share their lived experiences and perspectives to help JMCC deliver services that are relevant, empowering, and youth-informed. Their ideas help guide programming, accessibility improvements, and community initiatives.

Family Engagement Consultant

Our Family Engagement Consultant supports stronger partnerships between families and the Centre. Acting as a bridge between caregivers and clinical teams, this role helps ensure that family voices are heard and considered throughout the care journey.
